Welcome to Embodied Soul! We are Julien and Samantha, and together, we guide individuals and groups on their journeys of personal growth and transformation. Individually, we offer one-on-one sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together, we facilitate workshops and ceremonies designed to foster connection, self-awareness, and embodied change. Whether working individually or as a team, our mission is to support you in reconnecting with your authentic self and moving forward with clarity and confidence.

Bodywork
Our bodywork sessions are spaces to meet yourself through the body’s raw intelligence. Here, tension, emotion, and story surface through touch and presence—offering the chance to listen, release, and reorient from the inside out.
Each approach works with the body as a catalyst: a place where pressure becomes clarity, and what’s held transforms into flow.
Courses
Embodied Soul courses are designed for those who learn through experience and are willing to be changed by what they practice. Each course builds presence, integrity, and attunement, grounding awareness through the body’s intelligence.
These are spaces of transformation where you’ll refine your capacity to listen, feel, and act from alignment. The invitation is simple: step into the forge of embodied learning and remember the strength that’s already yours.
Guidance sessions are for those ready to face themselves honestly and move with greater coherence. Whether you’re deepening emotional intelligence, refining communication, or expanding your professional practice, these sessions meet you at the edge of growth.
Through conversation, somatic awareness, and precise reflection, we work to bring the unseen into focus—so clarity becomes lived embodiment, not theory. Sessions are offered 1:1 with Julien or Samantha, or 2:2 for couples navigating together.
Co-Create
We collaborate with individuals, organizations, and communities who share a commitment to embodied integrity. Whether through workshops, cacao ceremonies, or masterclasses, we bring the work into spaces where transformation meets real life: corporate, creative, or communal.
Co-creation is where structure meets spirit. Together, we design experiences that ignite awareness, deepen connection, and reshape culture from within.
