Embodied Soul is founded on the principle that true transformation arises when the body feels safe enough to release, integrate, and reconnect. Through bodywork, self-inquiry, and somatic awareness, the work is centered on guiding individuals toward deeper self-intimacy, creating space for authenticity, regulation, and embodied presence. Grounded in both ancient traditions and modern understandings of the body, Embodied Soul honors the intelligence of the nervous system, fascia, and emotional landscape, recognizing the body as a dynamic and ever-evolving terrain.
At the heart of Embodied Soul is Samantha, whose work is deeply informed by both academic study and lived experience. She graduated cum laude from Monash University Melbourne with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies, specializing in socio-emotional development, attachment theory, and the nervous system. This foundation, combined with her years as a mother to three children born within three years, provided an immersive understanding of emotional attunement, co-regulation, conflict, and repair—core elements that shape her approach to working with the body and nervous system.

Her professional journey into bodywork began in 2016 with Aromatherapy Massage training in Oslo, Norway, followed by in-depth study in Closing the Bones, Cupping Therapy, and Myofascial Release Therapy, first under Simon Poxon and later through Anatomy Trains Official.
Seeking a deeper integration of physical and energetic practices, she also studied with the Akashic Records Academy in Singapore, completing an Immersive Teacher Training in April 2019.
Samantha's work is an ongoing exploration of how the body holds and releases experiences, bridging structure and intuition, science and felt experience. Embodied Soul is not about fixing but about creating space—within the body, the breath, and the moment—to allow something deeper to emerge. Every offering is rooted in the understanding that one cannot guide others where they have not yet gone themselves. Through her work, Samantha invites individuals to move beyond patterns of disconnection and into a state of embodied sovereignty and wholeness.
